Our Staff

Among other areas, our firm practices immigration law and has an excellent management and support staff;

EDWARD M. HEPNER is a former diplomat who has served in various posts worldwide. Over the past two decades, he has specialized in immigration work with an emphasis on the following employment based visas:
The "E" investor visa including the E-2 for any size investment and the
E-1 for those with the same nationality as the owners of the firm in the U.S.;
The "L" intra-company transferee visa;
The "H" professional visa.
Mr. Hepner is also a specialist in Labor Certifications (currently known as PERM) leading to employment based green cards.

JUDY FRYE, Office Manager and Case Director has over 11 years of immigration experience and is an expert in both labor and family based immigrant and non-immigrant visas, green cards and Naturalization / Citizenship petitions.

NIELY SCHECHTER, managing paralegal. Ms. Schechter has several years experience in immigration law and is bilingual. Niely specializes in non-immigrant and immigrant professional and religious visas, including the "R" visa.

ANGELA RAMOS, law clerk and case administrator is presently attending law school and is bilingual in Spanish. Angela is proficient in immigration matters and in processing visas through U.S. Embassies and consulates on foreign soil. Angela also assists in Family Law and Personal Injury cases.
